How much does it cost?
- The student cost for the trip is TBD - This includes airfare, metro cards, hotel, meals, and program tuition. Students will not need to pay for anything else, other than personal souvenirs, coffee, and airport snacks.
- Each student is responsible to pay their trip tuition. This can be done online with a credit card in installments, or in one lump payment. Payments can also be made with cash or check.
- The final payment will be due TBD.
Can we fundraise?
- Yes, students can fundraise on their own to help pay for their trip, and we can do some fundraising as a group as soon as we have students confirmed.
- Students will only receive funds for the fundraising activities that they participate in.
- Payments must be made on time to ensure proper planning and the lowest possible airfare, but students will receive a refund if we are able to defray the cost with fundraising efforts.
